You do not need to create a new account with us. Your account should have been automatically created if you do not have one.
Do also ensure that your website is connected to the internet for our extensions to work.

Upon making purchase, you are automatically registered with us with the email address you made purchase with. Please use the email address and the password that was separately sent to you to login at https://license.marketinsg.com.
- I do not have a password, how do I login?
If you do not have a password, you can request for one here. Please do not create a new account as the license is already linked to the email address you made purchase with.
- I requested for a new password, but I have yet to receive the email?
Please wait for at least 5 minutes and check your junk mail to ensure that the new password was not sent to your junk folder. Also, ensure the email address noreply[.at.]equotix.com is not blacklisted.
- I made a purchase but do not have my license key?
If you are unable to find your license key in our license management panel, do open a support ticket with your order ID for assistance.
- Why should I register my extension?
Registering the extension allows you to continuously receive support from us. Once your One Year Premium Support expires, you will no longer be able to receive support from us till you renew the support.
- Can I use my license key on a temporary domain?
Yes, feel free to test our extension on your development website before transferring to your production website.
- I am getting the error that my license key has reached its limit. Why is that so?
Each license key can only be licensed to a limited number of domains. If you have reached the limit, you need to log into our license management panel and revoke unused domains from the list of licensed domains. You can read here for more details on transferring the license for use on another domain.
